Method: All Grain

Mashed without dark grains @ 120 for 10 minutes, ramped up to 150 for 60 minutes

Added Roasted Barley (milled to powder) during final re-circulation before the first run-off. 

I couldn't fit all the necessary boil volume in my kettle so I intended on topping up with water before chilling to hit 1.042 OG.  I actually forgot to do this before turning on the chiller and rather than risk it, I rolled with the higher OG of 1.052.
