3 gallon portion of Munich Helles batch, hopped like an American pale ale. I intended on fermenting this with an ale yeast but I remembered at the last minute that the fermentation chamber would be at lager temps so I pitched both the ale yeast and some of the Imperial Harvest slurry. I don't think I pitched enough lager yeast or the ale yeast was stressed as this batch had a pretty gross Chlorophenol off flavor from yeast stress.
