Method: All Grain

Was the weak portion of a parti-gyle.  Grain amounts have been estimated assuming normal efficiency.

After the first runoff I added .25 of crystal 15, .25 lbs of crystal 80, and .5 of Biscuit malt (to simulate English pale ale characteristics from American 2 row).
