General Information
Method: All Grain

Ended up with too much pre-boil wort so I adjusted the gravity with .75 lbs of dextrose. 

I forgot to add the FW Hops at the right time, they were added at 60 mins instead. 

I also forgot irish moss. 

I plan to add a quick blast of O2 24 hours after pitching.
