Consider adding Chamomile at flameout to further mimic some of the commercial brews. Ferment at 68F. Mash at 153F for 90 mins.
2/2/13 - Had pretty bad efficiency (61%) possibly from all the flaked grains. I added the spices directly to the boil kettle, which ended up clogging the pump...not a smart move. |
