Method: All Grain

30 individual black pepper corns
0.67 ounce Chamomile
1.25 ounce corriander seed
1 ounce bitter orange peel
1 ounce sweet orange peel


Process orange peel, corriander, and black pepper corns in the grinder. Add to boil @ 5 mins.

Consider adding Chamomile at flameout to further mimic some of the commercial brews.

Ferment at 68F. Mash at 153F for 90 mins.

 

2/2/13 - Had pretty bad efficiency (61%) possibly from all the flaked grains.

I added the spices directly to the boil kettle, which ended up clogging the pump...not a smart move.
