This didn't turn out so great, it has a distinct Acetaldehyde smell and taste. My hope is this came from spending only a week at 50 deg before I cranked it to 60, and then racked. Two weeks is probably too short for a lager to spend in the primary. Since I pitched the yeast from this batch into a 10g of Vienna Lager, I'm worried the yeast is to blame and not my fermentation schedule. |
