Mash @ 160 for 60 mins

90 min boil

Ferment with WLP 400 (Belgian Wit) ale yeast

Will add to Solera barrel with other contributions and aged flanders. 

9-4-15 - Gravity at 1.004, bottled 5 gallons unblended w 3.5oz priming sugar

Dry hopped another 6 gallons with 1oz each of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic bottled 9/20 with 5oz of dextrose.
