Recipe is based on 70% efficiency but I ended up getting 81% after double crushing the grains and doing a double batch sparge (three runoffs total).  Not only did I collect more wort than I expected (13.75g), it was a pre-boil gravity of 1.066 where I needed 12.4 of 1.060. I ended up drawing off just under three gallons and adding back RO water to get to the right volume and attempted a lacto sour batch with the extra wort.
