Method: Extract

75% efficiency (probably would have been better if I milled better and didn't lose .5 gallon or more in a massive boil over).

Mashed at 155

60 min boil

Chilled to 65 and transferred straight into the red wine barrel solera

6-18-16 - Pulled 8 gallons out and replaced with 11 of an all Pilsner 1.070 wort.

5 gallons is getting dry hopped with 2oz Citra, 3oz Mosaic.

3 gallons is getting dry hopped with 2oz of Sorachi Ace, and 1 oz of crushed Indian Coriander.
