Procedure

Mash at 154 for 90 mins.

Collect 8.5 gallons, boil for 2 hours.

Take 1 gallon of first runnings and reduce down to 1/2 pint and add back to the boil.

Ferment around 62 degrees.

May substitute Northern Brewer hops for both additions.
