Notes
Roast Pecans for 15 minutes @ 350, crush and press into paper bags overnight to soak up oils. Roast again @ 400 for 15, repeat the paper rest. Perform a final roast until the nuts are almost smoking, soak up any remaining oils and add to mash. Mash at 153. Add Maple extract to taste at kegging.
