Split with 104 - American Wheat

Mash at 150 for 60 mins (11 gallon batch), boiled entire wort for 5 mins and filled a corny keg with boiling wort for the Gose to store while I finished the American Wheat batch.

When ready, I racked the wort back into the boil kettle, diluted to get to 1.035 and boiled for 5 mins.  At the end of the boil I added .4oz of sea salt and .75 of ground Indian coriander.

Chilled to 100 F, and pre-acidified to ph of 4 (I was shooting for 4.2).  Purged with CO2 and pitched three Mango Goodbelly shots in and sealed the boil kettle.

In the morning the temp had dropped to 79.

NO HOPS!
