Method: All Grain

This was a batch that was split three ways to make an American Pale Ale, a British ESB, and a Belgian Pale Ale. 

 

The American and Belgian portions received the same hops per this recipe but got different yeast, the British portion was boiled in my HLT and received different hops (see below). 

Mash @ 149 for 60 mins
