Method: All Grain

Did a cereal mash with the unmalted wheat:

- 5 lbs unmalted wheat (crushed as fine as possible)

- 1.5 lb 6-row

- Added 2.5 qts per lb of water 

- 5 min rest @ 135, 15 min rest @ 155, boiled for about 30 minutes until the mixture thickened up.  Added everything to the main mash

Main mash:

- Mashed in at 140 for 20 mins

- Added cereal mash portion

- Mashed at 153 for 60 mins
