Munich Helles
Specifics
General Information
Method: All Grain

This didn't turn out so great, it has a distinct Acetaldehyde smell and taste. My hope is this came from spending only a week at 50 deg before I cranked it to 60, and then racked.  Two weeks is probably too short for a lager to spend in the primary.

Since I pitched the yeast from this batch into a 10g of Vienna Lager, I'm worried the yeast is to blame and not my fermentation schedule.
